ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 15, 2021, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered December 3, 2018, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the words "Supreme Court, Richmond County" and substituting therefor the words "County Court, Suffolk County."
