Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 17, 2021. Motion by the appellants-respondents to vacate so much of the order as directs Mary B. Souhrada to retain and maintain certain proceeds of the sale of real property. Cross motion by the respondents-appellants, inter alia, to direct the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, to hold a hearing to hold Mary B. Souhrada in contempt and a hearing on the issue as to whether withdrawals of money exceeded that permitted under a certain trust agreement.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
