Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated March 18, 2021, which were deemed withdrawn by order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications to Withdraw Appeals, Cross Appeals, or Proceedings," dated September 17, 2021. Application by the appellant to withdraw the appeal from the order under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2021-03672 insofar as taken against Law Offices of Goldfarb & Gerzog.

On the Court's own motion, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications to Withdraw Appeals, Cross Appeals, or Proceedings," dated September 17, 2021, is amended by deleting therefrom the entries for the above-referenced appeals, under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2021-03672 and 2021-03673, the appeal under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2021-03672 is reinstated except to the extent set forth below and the appeal under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2021-03673 is reinstated; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeal from the order under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2021-03672 is deemed withdrawn insofar as taken against Law Offices of Goldfarb & Gerzog.
