Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 18, 2021. Motion by the respondent for leave to file a supplemental record containing Exhibit A to the papers filed in opposition to the motion that was determined by the order entered June 18, 2021, and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before November 22, 2021, the respondent shall serve and file the supplemental record containing Exhibit A to the papers filed in opposition to the motion that was determined by the order entered June 18, 2021, and the respondent's brief, via NYSCEF.
