SCHEDULING ORDER

Appeal by Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York and separate appeal by Church of Immaculate Heart of Mary, from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Part CVA-R), dated September 23, 2021. Pursuant to § 670.3(b) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b]), it is

ORDERED that the appeals in the above-entitled action shall be perfected within 90 days of the date of this scheduling order; and it is further,

ORDERED that if an appellant does not perfect its appeal within 90 days of the date of this scheduling order, the Clerk of this Court shall issue an order to all parties to the appeals to show cause why the appeal by that appellant should or should not be dismissed.
