Appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated February 10, 2020, January 6, 2020, and July 21, 2021, respectively. Motion by the appellant to calendar the appeals together for argument or submission on the same date.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals from the orders dated February 10, 2020, and January 6, 2020, shall be calendared together with the appeal from the order dated July 21, 2021, and the motion is otherwise denied as unnecessary in light of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 4, 2021, which calendared the appeal from the order dated February 10, 2020, with the appeal from the order dated January 6, 2020, for argument or submission on the same date.
