Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated September 16, 2020. Motion by the appellant to substitute Gregor Messer, as trustee of the bankruptcy estate of Mahmoud A. Khedr, for the appellant, Mahmoud A. Khedr, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Gregor Messer, as trustee of the bankruptcy estate of Mahmoud A. Khedr, is substituted for the appellant, Mahmoud A. Khedr, and the caption is amended accordingly.
