Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person and to have the appeals heard on the original file of the Workers' Compensation Board and for further relief is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals may be perfected upon the original file of the Workers' Compensation Board and the filing fees required by CPLR 8022 are waived, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, without costs, and the time is extended to November 22, 2021.
