ORDERED that the motion for a stay pending appeals is denied, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, without costs, the dismissal of the appeals is vacated (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [c]), and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to January 3, 2022.
