Motion by Holly A. Geyer for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts, dated December 10, 2020, which determined an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, entered January 28, 2019.
