Appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, two dated September 23, 2020, and September 25, 2020, respectively, and two entered August 17, 2020. Separate appeals from four orders of the same court, all dated November 12, 2020. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action and enforcement of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and to strike the briefs filed by the respondent and the attorney for the child.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
