In the Matter of Wilton W. Widman, Jr.,

appellant, v Keith A. Guilfoyle, respondent.

(Docket No. O-10656-2020)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Wilton W. Widman, Jr., from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, both dated March 24, 2021. By scheduling order of this Court dated September 29, 2021, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals was extended until October 13, 2021. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeals.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs of disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
