Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered December 20, 2017. Motion by the respondent, inter alia, to dismiss the appeal on the ground that it has been rendered academic.

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeal insofar as taken by the appellant Lauralie Warner is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, and the motion is otherwise denied.
