ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated November 5, 2021, is amended by deleting from the "Extended Deadline" entry concerning respondent's time to serve and file a brief in the above-entitled matter the date "December 1, 2021," and substituting therefor the date "December 20, 2021."
