| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by John Vourderis for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Vourderis was admitted to the Bar in the State of New York at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 25, 2009. By decision and order dated October 3, 2014, Mr. Vourderis's application for voluntary resignation was accepted and, inter alia, his name was removed from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, without prejudice to an application for reinstatement.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon a satisfactory showing that John Vourderis has completed the continuing legal education requirement pursuant to 22 NYCRR 691.11(c).
