Plaintiffs having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered October 19, 2020, and for permission to file a supplemental record,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as its seeks to extend the time to perfect plaintiffs' appeal from the order entered October 19, 2020, and to file a brief with respect to the appeal from that order, on the condition that plaintiffs file a respondents-appellants' brief pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9 (f) (1) (iv) and a certified amended record, containing at a minimum plaintiffs' notice of appeal with proof of filing and service, on or before November 17, 2021, under docket No. CA 20-01503.
