It is hereby ORDERED that Eileen P. Perry, Esq., 81 Two Ponds Road, Falmouth, Massachusetts 02540, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered July 18, 2021, in place and stead of Philip Rothschild, Esq., and
It is further ORDERED that the Onondaga County Family Court Clerk provide Eileen P. Perry, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based.
