Motion by respondent for leave to "renew" an appeal from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered June 7, 2017, which was determined in a decision and order of this court dated April 12, 2019 and for leave to renew its prior motion for leave to reargue that appeal or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from the April 12, 2019 decision and order of this court. Cross motion by appellant to "remit[] the issues raised in the motion and cross-motion to the DHCR Tenant Protection Unit."
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and cross motion are denied.
