Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered August 11, 2020, following a trial.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated November 8, 2021, is amended by deleting from the "Extended Deadline" entry concerning the above-entitled matter the date "December 17, 2021," and substituting therefor the date "January 18, 2022."
