DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

2019-1400 K C
The Board of Managers of the 2900 Ocean Condominium, Respondent, v Stacy Makhnevich, Appellant.

Motion by appellant for leave to renew, leave to use an abbreviated record, and leave to appeal to the Appellate Division, Second Department from an order of this court dated March 12, 2021, in an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered August 29, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that appellant's motion is denied.

We note that the transcript of the December 20, 2018 hearing is required to perfect this limited appeal, as the Civil Court states in its order that the denial of defendant's request for an adjournment was based in part on "reasons placed on the record" on December 20, 2018, and as plaintiff's counsel states that arguments regarding the adjournment were made on the record on that date.
