| SCHEDULING ORDER |
Appeals by Tina J. Blauman-Splinder from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, both dated July 20, 2021, respectively. Pursuant to a scheduling order of this Court dated August 11, 2021, the appellant was directed to perfect the appeals in the above-entitled proceeding within 60 days after the receipt by the appellant of the transcripts of the minutes of the proceedings in the Family Court. The appellant has advised the Court that the transcripts have been received.
Now, on the Court's own motion and pursuant to § 670.3(b) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b]), it is
ORDERED that the appellant shall perfect the appeals on or before January 24, 2022.
