2021-06235 Allan Kassenoff, respondent, v Catherine Kassenoff, appellant. (Index No. 58217/2019)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 10, 2021. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the order dated August 10, 2021, and, in effect, an order of the same court dated May 25, 2021, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated August 10, 2021.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of so much of the order dated May 25, 2021, as prohibits the appellant from communicating regarding the parties' children with any employee of Greenberg Traurig, LLP or Greenberg Traurig PA and as prohibits both parties from criticizing, denigrating, or disparaging the other party on any form of social media, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated August 10, 2021, and the motion is otherwise denied, without prejudice to the parties seeking relief from the Supreme Court, Westchester County, in the event future communications, if any, by the appellant regarding the parties' children with employees of Greenberg Traurig, LLP or Greenberg Traurig PA or future comments of each party concerning the other, if any, on social media, so warrant.
CHAMBERS, J.P., MILLER, IANNACCI and FORD, JJ., concur.
