By order dated April 21, 2021, St. Lawrence County Court, in accordance with CPL section 440.46-a, dismissed all charges related to the indictment and sealed the records pursuant to CPL section 160.50.

Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed and assigned counsel is relieved from any further obligation to represent appellant.
