DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Karry-Ann Pieters from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 11, 2021. The appellant was granted leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person on September 17, 2021, and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal:
