Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated February 17, 2021. Motion by the appellants McKesson Corp., PSS World Medical, Inc., Cardinal Health, Inc., Kinray, LLC, AmerisourceBergen Drug Corp., Bellco Drug Corp., and American Medical Distributors, Inc., in effect, to hold the appeal in abeyance or, in the alternative, to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted and on or before March 31, 2022, the appellants shall serve and file the joint record or joint appendix and the brief(s) via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the joint record or joint appendix and brief(s) and upload digital copies of the joint record or joint appendix and brief(s), with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,
