It is Ordered that the motion of the defendant-appellant is granted in so far as, the order of the Criminal Court (Angela Badamo, J.) dated November 19, 2021, requiring the posting of security in the amount of $9,064.35 with the Clerk of the Court pursuant to AML § 373(6)(a) and the forfeiture of the defendant-appellant's ownership rights to the animals in the event he fails to post said security pursuant to
AML § 373(6)(b)(2) is stayed pending the determination of defendant-appellant's appeal of said order.
