Appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Oswego County, entered October 15, 2021,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the notice of appeal dated November 12, 2021, shall be treated as valid as to the orders of protection entered October 15, 2021, under Family Court docket numbers NN-01591-20, NN-01592-20, and NN-01593-20, and

It is further ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed on the ground that no appeal lies from an order entered upon consent (see Matter of Cherilyn P., 192 AD2d 1084, lv denied 82 NY2d 652), and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is dismissed.
