It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the time for respondent to file and serve a brief in accordance with this Court's rules is extended to February 28, 2022, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the proceeding is removed from the term of this Court commencing February 14, 2022, and the proceeding is added to the term of this Court which commences on March 28, 2022.
