Motion to vacate automatic stay, for calendar preference and for expedited briefing schedule.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition to the motion to vacate the automatic stay, it is

ORDERED that the motion to vacate the automatic stay is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to renewal in the event appellants do not perfect the appeals on or before January 14, 2022, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for a calender preference and an expedited briefing schedule is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeal is set down for the April 2022 term of this Court. The record on appeal and appellants' briefs shall be filed and served on or before January 14, 2022. The respondents' brief shall be filed and served on or before February 14, 2022. The reply briefs, if any, shall be filed and served on or before February 24, 2022.
