Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the respondent, Fernando Camacho, an Acting Justice of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 16, 2020, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated March 24, 2021. Motion by the petitioner for leave to reargue the proceeding, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
