Motion by appellant for permission to file a supplemental record on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered November 13, 2020, and for an extension of time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion to supplement the record to include the second note of issue is granted and the second note of issue shall be served and filed within 7 days of the date of this decision and order on motion; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an extension of time to serve and file a reply brief is granted and the reply brief shall be served and filed within 7 days of the date of this decision and order on motion.
