ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of the orders is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeals or the expiration or repeal of sections one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, and nine of subpart B of chapter 417 of the Laws of 2021, whichever occurs first.
