DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated July 15, 2019, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated May 19, 2021. Motion by the attorney for the children to be relieved, for the assignment of a new attorney for the children, and to stay consideration of an application pending in the Court of Appeals for leave to appeal to that Court.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to relieve the attorney for the children and for the assignment of a new attorney for the children are denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay consideration of an application pending in the Court of Appeals for leave to appeal to that Court is denied without prejudice to seeking relief in the Court of Appeals.
