Appeal by Kimberley Diaz from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated June 21, 2021. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Robert A. Brodsky, dated December 13, 2021, it is

ORDERED that the respondent Althea Brown-Randall is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for Althea Brown-Randall to respond to the appeal:
