DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by John P. Flanagan, Erin Flanagan Lazard, Victoria E. Philips, 395 PL Realty, and James Philips from an interlocutory judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated February 27, 2015.
