Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 10, 2021. Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to "declar[e]" that a certain special membership meeting which occurred on July 22, 2021, was a nullity and to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
