Appeals from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 21, 2021, and an amended order of the same court dated August 13, 2021. Motion by Michael Romano for leave to appeal to this Court from stated portions of the amended order dated August 13, 2021, and to stay enforcement of stated portions of that order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from that order.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service of the motion in accordance with the terms of the order to show cause; and it is further,

ORDERED on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the order dated June 21, 2021, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as that order was superseded by the amended order dated August 13, 2021.
