Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 2, 2021. Motion by the appellant to strike the opposition to his prior motion to vacate the order, which was filed by the attorney for the child, and, in effect, to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
