Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 20, 2021. Motion by Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press, Gannett Co., Media Institute MPA - The Association of Magazine Media, National Press Photographers Association, New York Public Radio, New York Times Company, Penguin Random House LLC, Radio Television Digital News Association, Society of Environmental Journalists, and Vox Media, LLC, for leave to file an amici curiae brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the amici curiae brief shall be served and filed via NYSCEF on or before January 19, 2021; and it is further,
