Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated February 12, 2021. Motion by New York Insurance Association, Inc., American Property Casualty Insurance Association, and National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies for leave to file an amici curiae brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
