Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered October 21, 2020. Motion by the defendants third-party plaintiffs-appellants to stay the trial in the above-entitled action and an action entitled Kanhai v Molloy Bros. Trucking, Inc., pending in the Supreme Court, Queens County, under Index No. 703615/2017, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the trial in the above-entitled action and the action entitled Kanhai v Molloy Bros. Trucking, Inc., pending in the Supreme Court, Queens County, under Index No. 703615/2017, is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
