Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated April 23, 2021, and October 13, 2021, respectively. Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, to consolidate the appeals, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated April 23, 2021.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated April 23, 2021, is granted, and the appellant's time to perfect that appeal by causing the original papers constituting the record on appeal to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[a][5]), and by serving the appellant's brief and uploading a digital copy of the appellant's brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, is extended until March 7, 2022; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
