(Attorney Registration No. 4655510)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by John Vourderis for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Vourderis was admitted to the Bar in the State of New York at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 25, 2009. By decision and order dated October 3, 2014, Mr. Vourderis's application for voluntary resignation was accepted and, inter alia, his name was removed from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, without prejudice to an application for reinstatement. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 10, 2021, Mr. Vourderis's first motion for reinstatement was denied with leave to renew upon a satisfactory showing of compliance with 22 NYCRR 691.11(c).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that, effective immediately, John Vourderis is reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law, and the Clerk of the Court is directed to restore the name of John Vourderis, to the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
