DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 24, 2021. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to stay enforcement of so much of the order as granted the motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and to restore the matter to the calendar, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
