Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered May 28, 2021. Motion by the petitioner-respondent, inter alia, to dismiss the appeal on the ground that it has been rendered academic. Cross motion by the appellant, inter alia, for an award of costs, and to impose a sanction upon the petitioner-respondent. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay the sale of the subject property, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions and cross motion are denied.
