The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Aliciameron Drakeford, Appellant.

Motion by the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals to vacate the stay on an appeal from an order of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered May 27, 2021. By order of this court dated December 20, 2021, the appeal was dismissed for failure to prosecute.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied as moot.
