Motion by appellant for an extension of time to perfect an appeal from a decision of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated December 19, 2019, and to proceed with the appeal without certain exhibits.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted, and appellant shall perfect the appeal on or before January 28, 2022; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal may proceed without the 21 photographic exhibits admitted into evidence, without objection by the respondent.
