Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 15, 2021. Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED on the Court's own motion, the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the order is not appealable as of right, and leave to appeal has not been granted (see CPLR 5701).
