Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered February 10, 2021, and an order of the same court dated April 19, 2021. Motion by the respondent George Gigauri to consolidate the appeals, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record, and to extend the time to serve and file a brief in connection with the appeal from the order entered February 10, 2021.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to consolidate the appeals and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record are denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a brief in connection with the appeal from the order entered February 10, 2021, is granted, and on or before February 14, 2022, the respondent George Gigauri shall serve and file his brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve his brief and upload a digital copy of his brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
