DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

930-940, LLC, Appellant, v Sheila Farley and Lawrence Ellington Farley, Respondents.

Motion by appellant for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from a decision and order of this court dated July 2, 2021, which determined an appeal from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered August 27, 2018, and for a stay. Motion by respondents to authorize the release to respondents of all funds now held in the escrow account of respondents' attorney with respect to this matter.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant's motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that respondents' motion is granted and the funds may be released to respondents forthwith.
